Make sure to provide the snaps/photos with the California Jackets Neck Tag, without the tag we will not entertain any request. Customers have to follow our process, and after the confirmation. We ask our customers to ship back the product to the given address.  The entire process may take 15-20 days, and we will send an exchange or full refund of their paid amount.
