30 days Easy Exchange And Return Policy
California Jackets take customer satisfaction very serious, and provide a 30 day exchange and return policy in case you have any problems with your product. To claim your return or exchange, you can contact our Sales team through our Email address. However, you have to file the complaint within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our Sales and Support team will settle down your issues, and will provide you either the full refund, or exchange. No complaints will be engaged after the given time period.
Return and Refund Policy
• Payment Return requests should be made within 48 hours. All Return, Refund, or Exchange Requests made after 48 hours of getting the item will not be entertained.
• In case of return, the shipping cost has to be paid by purchaser and they are additionally liable to pay the earlier shipment cost that was paid by us because we offer our customers free shipping worldwide, but it is not free to us.
• We will not entertain any refund or exchange requests in situations like the following:
- You have change your perspective on a thing
- You purchase the product unintentionally
- You exceeded the 30 days
- You change your mind
• The buyer is has to pay the shipping cost of returning the product.
• In case there is any issue with the product, similar to the size or there is a distinction in design/color with the picture of the item on our store, at that point return and Exchange can be approved. After receiving the product, send us photos of the product and a collar tag photo within a week 7 business days, and make sure to highlight the issues that you are facing.
• You are not eligible for the return process if you altered the jacket or removed the tags.
Products Not as Advertised
• You have to file the complaint within 48 hours of receiving the package.
• If you see any difference in the order, and its not as what we have shown on our online store, email us the images of the received product at the given email address and explain the issues that you are looking at with the delivered product. We ensure to investigate and after the confirmation, we will ask you to ship us the product back and we would deliver you another product that you wanted in the same size as you ordered without any extra cost. In this case, you will only be liable to pay shipping costs.
• If the product you received is of wrong size or different color then we request you to kindly let us know through email. Also, attach images of the product along with your email focusing the size tag on the collar and the color of the jacket. After confirmation, we will ask you to ship the package to the given address and will send you another product free of cost. You do not have to pay a single penny of shipping charges if the mistake is done on our side
• In case we shipped the jacket accurately as described on the website but the buyer wants to exchange the jacket with different sizes or colors then the buyer is liable to pay the shipping charges only. We will exchange the jacket with the new one for free of cost.
• As many individuals misuse our policy of exchange, we request to our customers, that the request for exchange should be made within 48 hours. All Return, Refund, or Exchange made after 48 hours of getting the item will not be entertained.
If your return request is confirmed, we would provide you a unique RMA number which you have to stick it on the box while shipping the product back to our warehouse.
We ship the product free of cost and declare it as a gift to our customer so that they do not have to pay any taxes, but still, every country has their own customs policies so these will be bear by the customer
